Since 2006 we've been building and remodeling across America and Romania. In 2020 that became DASH212 — years of expertise brought together to redefine development.

  1. 2006

    The first builds, in America

    We started with construction and remodeling in the United States. Years that taught us how to build to standards that allow no shortcuts — and how much it matters who lays the wall, not just what the drawings say.

  2. 2020

    DASH212 begins

    We brought that experience back to Romania and founded DASH212, on the simple idea that a house built properly in Bucharest should be no different from one built properly in California.

  3. 2023

    Astoria Estate One, Săbăreni

    Our first residential development: detached houses 15 km from Bucharest, built with the same materials and the same care as our projects in the United States.

  4. Today

    What comes next

    Astoria Estate Two is in preparation, and the team works across Romania and California in parallel. We keep building a little, well — rather than a lot, fast.
